Shipping Policy
Effective date: April 21, 2026
Introduction
Prescription medication ordered through Signal-RX is fulfilled and shipped by one or more dispensing pharmacies after provider approval. This policy explains medication-order processing, shipping charges, estimated timing, tracking, delivery, and what to do when a package is lost or damaged.
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Provider questions, pharmacy schedules, weekends, holidays, medication availability, weather, and carrier delays may extend an order’s timeline.
Order Review and Processing
A medication order generally moves through these steps:
- Provider review A licensed provider reviews the order and relevant health information. The provider may request more information before making a decision.
- Pharmacy processing After approval, the prescription is sent to the applicable dispensing pharmacy or pharmacies for verification, preparation, and packaging.
- Carrier pickup Each completed package is transferred to the carrier selected by the dispensing pharmacy.
- Delivery Tracking is sent by email so the package can be monitored through delivery.
An order approval notice is not a shipping notice. A tracking email may be sent before carrier pickup; the package is in transit only after the carrier accepts it and records the first scan.
Friday Approvals, Weekends, and Holidays
Pharmacies process approved prescriptions on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders approved on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are not processed or shipped over the weekend.
Pharmacy processing begins on Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a holiday. Beginning processing on Monday does not mean the package is guaranteed to ship or arrive Monday. Verification, preparation, packaging, and carrier pickup may require additional business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping estimates begin after provider approval and are measured in business days:
- Pharmacy processing and packaging
- Varies by pharmacy and prescription
- Carrier transit after shipment
- Estimated by the carrier after pickup
- Overall delivery
- No guaranteed delivery date
Weekends and holidays do not count as pharmacy-processing business days. Carrier transit schedules may also exclude weekends and holidays. Refer to each package’s tracking page for the most current carrier estimate.
Medication Shipping Charge
Signal-RX charges one flat $20 medication-shipping charge per medication order. It is charged once per order, not once per product, quantity, dispensing pharmacy, or package.
A provider-review-only consultation does not require shipment and does not receive a medication-shipping charge.
Orders Shipped in More Than One Package
Products in one order may be fulfilled by different dispensing pharmacies. When that happens, the order may arrive in separate packages on different dates. A separate tracking email may be sent for each package.
Separate pharmacy packages do not create an additional Signal-RX shipping charge. One package arriving before another does not mean the remaining package was canceled or omitted.
Packaging and Temperature-Sensitive Products
The dispensing pharmacy packages each product according to its handling and shipping requirements. When temperature management is required, packaging may include insulation, cold packs, or other protective materials.
Retrieve delivered packages promptly and follow the label and storage instructions supplied by the pharmacy. If a package appears damaged, tampered with, incorrect, or affected by a temperature concern, do not use the product until you receive instructions. Contact support@signal-rx.com promptly.
Tracking Your Shipment
A tracking notification is sent when an accepted package is prepared for shipment. Split orders may generate more than one tracking notification. The carrier’s tracking page provides the latest available transit and delivery information.
A tracking label may be created before the carrier physically receives the package. If tracking does not update immediately, allow time for carrier pickup and the first scan. For assistance with a shipment that remains unchanged, contact support@signal-rx.com.
Shipping Restrictions and Address Accuracy
Medication orders are shipped only to eligible physical addresses in states where the applicable service and treatment are available. Signal-RX does not ship medication orders internationally. A physical street address may be required by the dispensing pharmacy or carrier, and some orders cannot be delivered to a P.O. box.
Review the shipping name and address carefully before placing the order. Once a provider approves a medication order, it cannot be canceled or changed, including a change to its shipping address. Availability and address requirements shown at checkout control when an order is placed.
Undeliverable Packages
A package returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to retrieve it may not qualify for a replacement or refund. If reshipment is available, additional shipping or pharmacy charges may apply.
Contact support promptly if the carrier reports an address problem or failed delivery. Reshipment and refund eligibility depend on the circumstances, applicable pharmacy requirements, and the Refund Policy.
Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments
If a package appears lost in transit, contact support@signal-rx.com promptly after the expected delivery date passes. Signal-RX will work with the dispensing pharmacy and carrier to investigate.
If a product arrives damaged, unusable, tampered with, or different from what was ordered, contact support within 48 hours of delivery. Photographs of the package, shipping label, and product may be required. A verified damaged or incorrect product is eligible for a replacement or refund as described in the Refund Policy.
Orders Not Approved by the Provider
If a provider does not approve a medication order, the medication charges and the associated shipping charge are refundable to the original payment method. The separate $5 provider-review fee remains non-refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.
