How Signal-RX works
Online prescription care, from intake to order.
Choose one or more treatments. Pay one $5 provider-review fee. A licensed provider reviews every choice. If medication is prescribed, you decide what to order.
The $5 provider-review fee is paid once and is nonrefundable. Medication is separate. A prescription is not guaranteed.
The full process
Three steps from intake to order.
Signal-RX is an online prescription-care service. You share your health history, request the treatments you want reviewed, and receive a prescribing decision from a licensed provider.
Choose one or more treatments
Start with the treatment or health goal that brought you to Signal-RX. You can select more than one available treatment during the same intake.
Answer the health questions carefully. Your provider uses those answers to decide what, if anything, may be appropriate to prescribe.
See all treatments and medication pricesSend your choices for provider review
Pay the one-time $5 provider-review fee. A licensed provider reviews your health history and each treatment you selected. Choosing more treatments does not add another review fee.
If more information is needed, the care team contacts you. A prescription is never automatic or guaranteed.
Order medication if prescribed
Approved treatments appear in your account. Each medication has its own clearly listed price. You choose whether to place an order.
If you order, a licensed pharmacy prepares and ships the medication. No medication renews, bills, or ships automatically.

Pay $5 once. Medication is separate.
The $5 fee pays for a licensed provider to review your account and the treatments you choose. It is charged once and is nonrefundable. It is not a monthly charge or a membership fee.
Medication is charged only if it is prescribed and you choose to order it. You can compare the listed medication prices before starting the intake. There are no hidden medication fees added at checkout.

Choose by treatment or goal
Start with what you want reviewed.
You do not need to know which medication is right for you. Browse the available options, select the treatments that interest you, and let the provider make the prescribing decision.
Licensed provider review
Your health history comes first.
Selecting a treatment is a request for review, not an order and not a guaranteed prescription. A licensed provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate based on the information you submit.
Reviews your intake
The provider checks your health history, medications, allergies, goals, and other relevant answers.
Reviews every treatment choice
Each treatment you select is considered separately. One option may be appropriate while another may not be.
Requests more information when needed
If the provider needs clarification, the care team contacts you through the secure patient portal.
Makes the prescribing decision
The provider decides whether to prescribe, which treatment is appropriate, and what directions apply.
Medication orders and refills
Nothing ships unless you order it.
Signal-RX does not place you into a medication subscription. If treatment is prescribed, you decide whether to order now, later, or not at all.
See your approved options
Approved treatments appear in your account with the medication price and available selections.
Choose what to order
Select the prescribed medication you want. The medication charge is separate from the provider-review fee.
Request a later order
Return to your account when you are ready. Provider approval is still required, but nothing refills automatically.
How it works FAQ
Questions before you begin.
These answers explain the provider review, charges, prescriptions, messaging, pharmacy fulfillment, and later orders.
What does the $5 provider-review fee cover?
The $5 fee covers a licensed provider’s review of your account and every treatment you select in the intake. It is paid once and is nonrefundable.
Medication is not included in the $5 fee. Medication is charged separately only if it is prescribed and you choose to order it.
Can I choose more than one treatment?
Yes. You can select one or more available treatments during the same intake. A licensed provider reviews each treatment choice separately. Choosing more options does not add another provider-review fee.
Does completing the intake guarantee a prescription?
No. Completing the intake requests a licensed provider review. The provider decides what, if anything, is appropriate to prescribe based on your health history and the information you submit.
When do I pay for medication?
You pay for medication only after it is prescribed and only when you decide to order it. Each treatment has its own listed price. You can compare Signal-RX treatment prices before starting.
Is there a membership or subscription?
No. Signal-RX does not require a monthly membership or medication subscription. There is nothing to cancel.
Will medication refill or ship automatically?
No. Nothing refills, bills, or ships automatically. Request a later order through your account only when you want one. Later orders still require provider approval.
How long does the provider review take?
Provider reviews are typically completed within one to two business days after the required steps are complete. Timing can vary if the provider needs more information or identity verification.
Do I need a video appointment?
Most Signal-RX reviews are completed online without a scheduled video call. If the provider needs more information or another type of visit is required, the care team will contact you.
How does provider messaging work?
Once your secure patient portal is active, you can message your provider as often as needed about your care. Replies are sent through the portal. Response times can vary, and portal messaging is not for emergencies.
Where does prescribed medication come from?
If medication is prescribed and you place an order, a licensed U.S. pharmacy prepares and ships it. Shipping details and tracking information are provided for the order.
Are all treatments available in every state?
No. Treatment and pharmacy availability can vary by state, provider judgment, medical eligibility, and other requirements. The intake and provider review determine which options may be available to you.
Is Signal-RX appropriate for urgent or emergency care?
No. Signal-RX is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek immediate local medical care for a medical emergency. Do not wait for a portal response.
