How reviews work at Signal-RX

Our goal is simple: publish useful, honest feedback while protecting people’s privacy.

Reviews come straight to Signal-RX. We publish them here using the guidelines below.

  • AccessAccount plus email

    Submission requires sign-in; the Verified mark requires email confirmation.

  • PrivacyFirst name only

    Private health, account, and identifying details stay off the public page.

  • InfluenceNo paid praise

    We do not offer discounts, gifts, payments, or rewards for reviews.

Where do these reviews come from?

Signed-in users submit reviews directly on signal-rx.com after a genuine Signal-RX service experience. Signal-RX collects, stores, checks, and publishes the reviews shown here. This is a Signal-RX-run review page, not an independent review platform.

Do you publish critical reviews?

Yes. Every rating is welcome. Positive, mixed, and critical reviews follow the same guidelines. We do not change a reviewer’s star rating, tone, or words to make a review more positive.

Do you pay for reviews or ask only certain people?

No. We may send a neutral invitation after a service interaction, but we do not invite only people likely to leave positive feedback. We never offer payments, discounts, gifts, or other rewards for a review.

Why do I need to sign in?

Only signed-in users can open and submit the review form. Signing in connects a submission to a registered Signal-RX website account and helps limit casual spam. It does not confirm a purchase, patient relationship, prescription, treatment, or medical care.

Why do you ask me to confirm my email?

Sign-in and email confirmation are separate. After submission, we send a verification link to the email address used on the form. Clicking it confirms access to that address and lets the review display a Verified mark if approved. The mark does not confirm a purchase, patient relationship, prescription, treatment, or medical care.

What do you check before a review appears?

A review must be email-confirmed before approval. A person then checks every review before it appears. We may ask the writer to revise a review—or decide not to publish it—if it includes:

  • private health or identifying details, such as diagnoses, medication names, dosages, symptoms, test results, treatment outcomes, account numbers, or clinician names;
  • spam, duplicate content, advertising, impersonation, or content unrelated to the Signal-RX service experience;
  • threats, harassment, illegal content, profanity aimed at a person, or unsupported factual or medical claims; or
  • a financial, personal, or professional conflict that is not clearly disclosed.

If a problem can be fixed—such as removing private details—we may ask for a revised version. Questions about care, medication, symptoms, or outcomes should be sent privately through the appropriate support or clinical channel.

What will people see?

Published reviews show the writer’s first name and a Verified mark. The mark means the email address used for the review was confirmed. We do not publicly display usernames, email addresses, IP addresses, avatars, or locations. We may use account, email, and technical data to confirm submissions and prevent fraud or abuse, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Can I correct or remove my review?

Yes. Contact us using the email address you submitted with the review. Signal-RX may post a clearly labeled response, but we will not change the original rating. We may remove a review at the writer’s request or if it later breaks this policy, privacy requirements, or applicable law.

Can a review affect my service?

No. Sharing a review—or choosing not to—does not affect care, eligibility, prescription decisions, orders, refunds, or support.

What should I understand when reading reviews?

Reviews reflect individual opinions. They are not medical advice, clinical evidence, or a promise of results.
