Energy & Recovery FAQs.
Clear answers about the options, the review and what happens next.
Is any of these treatments a monthly plan?
No. Sermorelin is $165 per 6 mL order, B12 is $65 per 10 mL order, MICC is $110 per 10 mL order and Lipo+ is $140 per 30 mL order. Every order is a one-time purchase: no subscription and no automatic refills. There is no visit fee. Vial size does not establish a treatment schedule or a month’s supply.
How do I know which treatment to request?
Read the product details and share your health history and treatment request in the intake. A licensed provider reviews that information and determines whether to prescribe. Selecting a product does not guarantee a prescription.
What comes with the injectables?
Cold shipping is included. Sermorelin includes syringes; B12, MICC and Lipo+ include syringes, needles and alcohol wipes. Follow the pharmacy label for storage, handling and use.
Are Lipo+ and MICC the same formula?
No. Both include vitamin B12, methionine, inositol and choline. Lipo+ also includes vitamin B6. MICC lists its vitamin B12 as cyanocobalamin. Ingredient names alone do not establish equal concentrations or equivalent treatment.
What formula is listed for MICC?
Each mL contains methionine 25 mg, inositol 50 mg, choline 50 mg and cyanocobalamin (B12) 330 mcg. MICC is supplied in a 10 mL vial. These are ingredient concentrations; follow your prescribed directions for use.
What if I am not prescribed a treatment?
A prescription is not guaranteed. You’re only charged for the treatments a provider approves. If nothing is approved, you cancel, or the hold expires, the hold is released, so there is nothing to refund.
