NAD+ and Niagen FAQs.
Clear answers about the options, the review and what happens next.
What is the difference between NAD+ and Niagen?
The NAD+ products contain NAD+. Niagen contains nicotinamide riboside, a form of vitamin B3 your cells use to make NAD+. They are different prescription products. Your provider determines whether to prescribe based on your health information.
Are these monthly prices?
No. Each price is for the listed medication amount per order. Every order is a one-time purchase: no subscription and no automatic refills. There is no visit fee.
How are the treatments shipped?
Cold shipping is included with all three treatments. NAD+ Injectable includes needles; Niagen includes syringes, needles and alcohol wipes. See each product page for its supply and delivery details.
How long does one order last?
That depends on the prescribed directions. The amount shown is the medication quantity in an order. Follow your provider’s directions and pharmacy label for use and timing.
What if I am not prescribed a treatment?
A prescription is not guaranteed. You’re only charged for the treatments a provider approves. If nothing is approved, you cancel, or the hold expires, the hold is released, so there is nothing to refund.
